Well yours isnt stock and his isnt but you have alot more HP than he does and a lot more torque. I have an 02 GT and I gave the guy a 8 car length head start and beat him by 7.

Lets see:

2.0L 4cyclinder
3.8L V6

Youll win trust me bro.

lol thanks... im starting to think the site i read this on is full of bs any how... it said a 01 cougar v6 had a 0-60 of 7.1... and i raced my buddy who has the exact same car on a quarter mile road and i beat him by @ least 7

only thing you wont beat are GT's, Cobras, GTO, STI, EVO, Most Srt-4's, Srt-8s. Basically anything with a v8 that is not a truck or something AWD with turbo.

Just race and be safe.

P.S. You will lose one in a while. Theres always someone faster out there.

those talon turbos will beat you. those cars are very light saturn redline - if it's stock you will win. i don't know much about the eclipse gsx's.

he may have seemed a little quick on top end when you were with him. I wouldn't think twice about how mustangs can beat zx2's. You'd have to be geeked out on cocaine to think a zx2 is fast
