Civic Vs Crown Vic Police Interceptor

Hey guys kindda new to this forum but i had a question?

A friend of mine challanged me with his 1.5L (turbo Around 5 psi) 5 speed 92 honda civic dx he has NO CAI or Exhaust though.the stock specs for his car are from counsumerguideauto and they are
ohc I4 1.5 / 91 cu inch Bhp 102 torque ft lbs 98 5-speed manual

I have a 97 Crown Victora Police Interceptor (P71)
witch i just currently had the whole engine rebuilt
i was told the engine in a crown vic is the same as a mustang
the car has 3.73 with trac-loc with a 4R70W for a Transmission
nothing moded yet although i am going to put on some 40 series flowmasters and i am having the car dyno tuned and flashed with a SCT chip befor . although i would like to know if i could just win stock my specs read on wikipedia under modular engines under 1992-1997 crown vic

190 to 210 hp (142 kW), 260 ft•lbf not sure if being a police interceptor makes any diffrence

but on the counsumerguideauto read

ohv V8 4.6 / 281 cu inch bhp 190-239 torque ft-lb 260-287 4-speed automatic

who should win???? :award

and yeah wikipidia ....not the best idea for referencing anyting
if it was stock 92 honda dx it wouldnt have a turbo, and in fact the police package crown vics had the P.I. heads which stood originally for police interceptor not performance improvement or what ever they call it now.....
im not sure but that would reason that it should be closer to about 240 hp seems how its still not a performance car..... i think it would be close but when u flash the comp and start modding stuff its gonna get real fun :]

whoever told u that needs to lay off the pipe man. a crown vic in 1996 had a NPI motor, not PI. crown vics with PI motors in them didn't come out until 99 or 00 i beleive. PI wasn't around back in 96 dude.......
