My '01 6er vs. his '88 F-250 (460ci engine). He's sitting right next to me and is curious as to win, haha. What do you think?

The sixxer by a few cars... that 460 will be dead after 15 mph, heh.

i think the 460 will get to 20 before if falls on its face. the v6 will win as long as you go over 30mph.

off the line the 460...there made for pulling power not speed....if he did H/I/C and launched in 4 wheel drive i dunno though!

i dunno, you will be surprised at where the 460 will stop workin. I would bet closer to 60 mph before it starts to lose speed. Being a 250 its prob got at least 3.73 if not a 4.10 gear with lots of torque, 1st and second gear will be strong, after that its not much but bigger trucks move more than youd think

f-250 is a pretty heavy truck. More so if it's a 4x4. You're talking about a truck that weighs about 5500 lbs. In two wheel drive form. A 4 by will weigh practically twice what your Mustang does. (about 3150 lbs.)

I agree with the 250 off the line, but you shouldnt have a problem passing

I've driven a 460 with 4 on the floor and those things are beasts!

I got my money on the stang but I bet you wont pass him til about 50-60mph
