Dyno?

What is Dyno? Is it some time of testing or tuning service? I just read in a thread that it can tell you how much horsepower a car has...

Where can I find someone that has Dyno to see how much HP the whip has?

dyno meter.

It's measures your rear wheel HP and TQ along with your Air/Fuel ratio.
it's a tuning machine as well.

Actually they can only measure TQ. HP is calculated based off the TQ and RPMs. They are a great tool for collecting data while tuning because you can do a WOT 4th gear pull right in the shop, collect data, and reformulate the tune. Street tuning works nearly as well but takes a lot longer (unless you have a private road behind your shop!) Its basically a large weighted (or held by an eddy current) drum that gets spun by the back tires.
