Details for the 2008 Event

Since this is a Cannonball-style event, it will follow the original format. The original Cannonball Start and Finish points will be used. The cars WILL NOT be marked, the less attention the better, for the teams and the organizers.

The Start: The Red Ball Garage @ 142 East 31st Street, New York, NY
It is recommended to park your car there for safe keeping until the event begins.

The Finish Line: The Portofino Hotel and Yacht Club @ 260 Portofino Way, Redondo Beach, CA.

First car off will be at 10 PM and there will be a five minute gap between each entry departure.

Departure times will be documented for each entry. The finish line time/record keeper will be just inside the Portofino, once you arrive, park your vehicle, make your way through the front entrance and into the lobby to see the timing person.
