I think that for $20 you should just race him.

Lol. Don't bet more than $20. You should take him to the gas station and top him off b4 the race.

It's always hard to guess someones ET becuase there are SO MANY variables to consider (elevation, track conditions, temp, humidity, tires, driver, etc.) but for a heavy 'vert, just off the top of my head my guess would be about 14 flat (maybe a little quicker). Still may not be enough to get the LT1 car.

Just a little info for you to ponder so don't read too much into it: A buddy of mine recently sold his 5.0 LX 'vert with gears and basic bolt-ons for a LT1 T/A with real simple bolt-ons and he said that it is no comparison...just something to think about.

Let us know how this race turns out.

I ran a 6spd LT1 (Flows, CAI) with the mods in my sig from a dig and got him by about a car to 90mph...Wished we coulda stretched it out a little further but we were on an old country road!

Seeing as you got a vert w/a little less mods I think hes got ya, who cares though its all for fun!

He's running an LT1. Unless he is a shitty driver, you will most likely lose.
