fuel starvation at road race track

I hope someone can help me out. I have a S197 (07GT), and while running hard thru left turns, the engine sputtered. A turn to the right was no problem. Also filling up with fuel, fixed the problem. But i'm having this issue with still half a tank. Any ideas or similar problems?
thanks

I'm going to guess that the fuel pickup is on the left side of the car, and that you're cornering hard enough to expose it.

Not sure if there's a cheap fix, but a swapping your tank for a fuel cell would straighten it out right quick. It'll also cost upwards of $2k.
