My car (Silver) '08 GT 5-sp, 3.55, CAI & tune, 18" stock wheels & tires
Friend's car (Black) stock auto, 3.31, 20" bling-blings & 275/35-20

Yes...most racing mustangs run 19s as the largest...normally see 18's and 17's though. get you some 17 in GT rims w/ d.r.'s

My car is the one with the stock 18" wheels. I plan on getting some wider rear wheels to match the stock fronts and putting drag radials on.

I think you had the driver mod too! LOL What was his RT? From the looks of it he was a lil late.
Now dont get me wrong, I aint saying that 20s dont slow ya down... I know they do. Hell even my 18s on my car slow me down too.

But I think you really out drove him by alot on that paticualr race.

I running 20" wheels but that doesn't affect me too horribly with the S/C to combat the extra weight, lol. I've gotten good 60' times but I only run down the track for fun, not competatively
