Richard has really hooked me up on prices and customer support. I called him on a weekend to talk about suspension things and whine a little bit and probably sounded like an asswipe to him but he took the time and answered all my questions and didn't make me feel like a dumbass.

I purchased an item from him and got the rebate he offers everyone at Modded Mustangs but he went a bit further than that with me (not gay). I wanted a certain item but could not afford them due to being military and having a family and he called me at work to let me know that he was going to toss them in for a bigger discount. I was really excited and he was just happy to make me excited (still not gay).
