You guys have been good to me for the past 3 transactions. Your prices are second to none and the parts get shipped right away.
My only gripe is with your payment system and how it puts a hold on your account if you order something and the payment fails. But you guys have quickly corrected it so its ok in my book. My advice to anyone who uses rockauto is to just use paypal. Much easier and no room for error.

Hello,
We do have a very tight payment site. If any information doesn't match our system will flag the order. Using PayPal is certainly a good idea as your information has already been verified through the PayPal site. However, using credit cards is no problem at all, just make sure the billing address you enter in our system matches what the credit card company has on file.
