several items for saleyou can read about the engine here I am going to a 363 big bore so this 331 stroker is for sale. I will sell the long block, or the short block and heads seperately. the engine ran fine when I took the car off the trailer when it was delivered to me. I did not make any track passes or put any miles on it on the street as the exhaust was obnoxiously loud and I didnt want to get pulled over. the heads are victor junior aluminums and look to be in perfect shape. the block has forged internals but it is a FACTORY TWO BOLT block so i would only recommend it for naturality aspirated applications. if you are interested pm me for a phone number and we can talk. im thinking 700.00 for the heads (basically half price of new) and 1,700 for the short block (no oil pan, no water pump, no alternator...just short block with timing chain and balancer and flex plate) I also have a pair of BBK long tubes that started life as chrome but have faded over time. 150.00 fair? (i dont know their cost new) all prices are negotiable as I have an 8 thousand dollar long block to pay for......lol im just outside memphis TN. thanks Jeff P.S. the engine did not smoke at all and pulled really hard the one time I ran it down the street. I was shifting at 5k because the two bolt block simply wont hold up to 16lbs of boost. obviously I cant guarantee anything here. I would suggest anyone interested plan on freshening up the engie with gaskets and bearings so they can inspect all the internals. I have recipts for the heads and stroker kit so I know the engine is as advertised. |
