04 Headlights- Great Condition!

00 Passenger Side Headlight- Good condition, minor weathering on black surface, small area

99-04 Taillights- Great condition! two very small marks on passenger side from being bumped with a buffer, hardly noticeable

99-04 Xenon Rear Lip Brand New! (photo from website)

17" Rims- Great condition! very tine bit of curb rash on one wheel, barely noticeable

if you buy the lip from a website it would be over 200 bucks....and yes it does...its an add on to the stock v6 rear bumper...you need to cut some holes in the stock bumper but it covers em up and you end up with a dual exhaust setup...like this...
