FS: 2001 Black GT Vert in Arizona 55k miles

Hey guys. Time to let my pony go and go for the snake. Looking at a couple of 01 Cobras. This was my first car that I bought myself. Had about 42k miles on it. The car was originally white with tan top and stock 17" wheels/tires. As it sits now it has 54,947 miles on it.

Asking $12,000 for it.

Bought it used from a dealership in April 2006. Since then I have added:

VISUAL
Brand New Black Convertible Top Kit (still have original tan)
Black Widow Carbon Fiber Hood w/ scoop cutout
Stainless Steel Hood Pin Kit (yes its real)
Cobra R Wing (still have original GT Spoiler [white])
Cervini's Speedster 2-piece Tonneau Cover
18" Chrome Saleen Wheels 18x9 front 18x10.5 back
Front Tires 245/40/18 Nitto NeoGens with about 6500 miles on them
Rear Tires 275/35/18 Raptors with same mileage
Original Leather Interior
Progress Lowering Springs (1.7" drop)
FULL PROFESSIONAL PAINT JOB - JET BLACK (includes all door jams, trunk, underneath hood etc) Got it back from the shop about 2 months ago

Complete Custom Audio System - Alpine Head Unit, 4 Alpine Speakers, 1 Punch P1 10" Subwoofer, 2 Kenwood Amps (all recently serviced at Audio Express)
Paper Filter was replaced with a Fram Air Filter about 10k miles ago.

THE GOOD
Car has been serviced with a new oil change (done by me) with Mobil 1 every 3500-4500 miles. Constant monitoring of fluid levels. All hoses have been checked, none need to be replaced/fixed. Radiator/Thermostat are in excellent condition. Engine is completely stock and the car has never been raced or beaten up. It was my daily driver and I never took it to the track. Mostly street driving with occasional highway.

OTHER NOTES
There is a rip in the driver's seat butt area that is starting to spread. The rip is about 8" long. As far as I know the seat will probably need to be replaced so I have taken the price of this off of my sale price.
There are two small slits in the headliner. These can easily be stitched back up.
The windows also have become misaligned. I will be taking it in this week to get that fixed though.
The two front wheels have a little bit of curb rash on them that isn't visual unless you are within 2-3 feet.

Man the placement of the hood pins really has me going nuts wondering where they are connected under the hood do you have any pics of the engine bay? sorry for a useless post but I just had to ask...
