although they are street legal (all a tire has to have to be street legal is a circumferential groove), they are not made for ANY moisture on the street.
a friend had some, that he couldnt take off when raining.
they are awesome on the track, and absolutely dry street use, and thats all I would use em for if I were you, mine have only been on the track, and about 20 miles on the street, (to and from the track 2 times, 5 miles away, no street play)

sorry bud, they are sold as they are.
if you want a grippy tire, get teh nitto drags I run daily
I run a 315 35 17, but on a 9 or 9.5 inch rim, cant remember.
they are great grip for a street tire, and wear better than other drag radials.

i cant afford much for tires, if i get to buy wheels and tires, itll be used off here or ebay or something.

just a question... im runnin 205/60/r15's.... how wide can i go? Im told 235's... but i dont know much about tires as far as cars, i know all about 4 wheeler tires. i want to run a wide tire in the back and skinnies up front on my 6er... just curious how wide i can go. think i have an 8 inch wheel.

yup...its the max safe width. hell, you could probably fit bigger, but not 100% safely.
