92 GT Tons of Mods, Fast, Must Sell First Reasonable Offer

I am looking to sell my 92 GT. It needs a few things and then the car would be a great fast car for someone to have for not that much cash.
I just dont have the time to fix it up the way i wanted to .
It is a 92 GT 5 speed
115,000 on the odometer the motor has been rebuilt about 50,000 miles ago
White exterior grey cloth interior
Pony rims
Built 302 with the following
i think they are 1.7 roller rockers but i could be wrong i havent drove the car in a year and bought it 3 years ago
gt40 heads
gt40 upper and lower intake
Ford motorsports cam
BBK headers
BBK high flow cat h pipe< brand new>
Flowmaster cat back
BBK cold air intake in the fender
Upgraded MAF <im not sure of the mm but its the right one for this setup>
Upgraded throttle body< again not sure of mm but its right>
Underdrive pullys
Hurst short throw shifter
New battery
New Alternator
New radiator when i first bought the car
New headlights needs new blinker lights they look like original
3.73 Gears
Ford motorsports plugs and wires
Tremec T5 Tranny
I might be missing something because like i said all i ahve done in the last year is start the car every week i never drove it
I bought the car with 70,000 original miles and daily drove it for 2 years never beating it, thats why it is still in perfect mechanical condition

Now for the things the car needs to be a perfect Fox body

New paint job- the paint is original and is not good at all. I think there was a cowl hood on itb4 i bought so there was paint work, basically you would need a paint job to make the car lok the way you would want it to.

New rear bumper, the bumper on there the last guy that had the car put on and never painted it so it is still just black urethane i believe. The bumper seems to be warped though so it needs to be replaced to make the car right

New drivers seat- the seat has broken off the rails and needs to be replaced. I was just gonna put two new seats in the front cause the back seat is in good shape

The car needs 4 new tires that i will probably put on if someone is interested in buying it so they could drive it home no problem if they wanted to

The last time the car was at my mechanic he told me that he could replace the 2nd gear synchro for me for not that much so it needs a 2nd gear synchro

I have done to the best of my ability to describe the car as honest as i could. I feel i have done that. If you are willing to take the time and fix the things i have said here you can have a really nice fox body that easily can run 13's all day long with no concern about reliability. The car starts up on the first turn of the keu every time it never has had a problem with starting even with the big cam it has in it. If you are interested please contact me thru my email at Rufus20x@aol.com and if you want i can give you my phone number
I dont want to put an asking price i know the car seems like it needs alot but if you fixed everything you would have a nice mustang worth way more than you will pay for it and all the repairs. I will be Taking the best offer i get

The car is located near Scranton, PA 18508 Rufus20x@aol.com I will take the first offer i get that is reasonable
