What does it mean when he says the front right has a broken belt?
These look like a great setup for someone who wants to get on the strip for cheap and could use a set of wheels.

It means the tire has a steel belt that has separated inside. It would vibrate badly and is fairly dangerous to drive on. These would be really good for someone wanting wheels on a budget, plus with Drag radials??? I just dropped over $300 on 2 drag raidials alone.... Possibly for sale soon.
