They offer custom painted engine parts plenum covers, fuel rails radiator covers etc. very nice looking work. Problem is they don't deliver been waitng for over two months for parts that have been paid for. Has many excuses and numerous promises to ship just never does. Anyone else have dealings with this company.

I also have had nothing but problems with them both in product quality and numerous promised, but failed delivery dates. The valve covers i ordered were so poorly packaged for delivery that they were all scratched up and I just junked them. I would NEVER use them again nor recommend them to anyone!!!!

Thanks, for replying pretty much what I have heard from many others, if they were lucky enough to receive then the quality was not there. He is definitely one members should stay away from. He is also selling on Ebay now as well. Don't trust this one nothing but trouble.

Don't get anything from unique custom design

We had the same problem with them too. I just sent them an email this morning. I don't think they even read them. They probably get a lot. We ordered from them the first week in June of 09. Thankfully we did not send our old parts in. They did a plenum cover and radiator cover and we did finally get them in October. We had a sign and fuse box cover ordered and still to this day have not received or heard anything from them since. We have seen other post on the same problem. I think they might be out of business now, but I am still out 400 bucks. They told us they were almost done in November and that is the last we heard from them.

i'd say if you want some custum painted parts just find a local and get them done there. that way you can just go to the shop and look at the progress.

I knew something was going on there! I waited a long time for my parts. When I got them the were beautiful, I guess it was well worth the wait!

Mickey (unique automotive design) is an artist....as such his timelines suck but the quality is there. He has painted many parts for me. It always took forever. Just keep emailing him asking him whats going on.

His work is awesome.

We had no problem with the work. We have had nothing but compliments on the work, but somebody that is in a business, I don't care what kind of business it is, needs to let their customers know the progress on the work. Especially when you spend the kind of money that a lot of people have spent with them, then not hearing anything from them after repeatedly sending emails and calling with no response for months and months. That is bad business and it overshadows the good work that they do.

In my opinion he is not someone to do business with. He has no intentions of shipping the parts I paid for and has told me as much. If he is still around stay away.

PayPal, and he stalled past the 45 days so was out of luck there. That's ok I am a firm believer in what goes around comes around and I believe his day is coming. Good luck hope everything works out for you.

Yes we used paypal too. He takes so long that the time line for paypal to refund the money has run out. We talked to the people in our county court and they said it would cost so much to file and that they don't have a license to sell in VA. so there is not a lot we could do. It's not worth paying all the money to file over 400 bucks. I would talk to your county court rwag and see what they say since you have a lot more money involved. To me it is stealing. They know that paypal won't refund they money after a certain time had passed too. Guess that is why they want all the money up front.

I have talked with the Georgia Attorney General's office and he is on their radar just not enough complaints on him yet. I have thought about going to small claims and getting a judgement against him. I have some relatives in Georgia and may end up doing that. The FBI also has an internet fraud division which he has been reported to but that takes a long time. His day will come though no doubt.

When using Papypal, ALWAYS FILE BEFORE THE 45 DAYS. I dont care what the seller is telling you. Filing does not mean that the deal is dead, it just means the seller now has so many days to rectify the situation to the buyers satisfaction.

After you file, all of a sudden the seller finds the time to take care of you, its amazing.

Yes they told us their computer crashed, the product was shipped, then lost , then nobody knew where it was. Then they had the flooding down there, which we understood. It was always some reason why they could not get it out. Come to find out he had started painting a new plenum cover and radiator covers and the found the original order in a box they had thought was trash. They told us there phone lines had gone down and there internet was not working. Our emails to them where going into their spam box. Just on excuse after another. We understand things happen, but come on. Then like I said you don't hear anything from them for months at a time.

I think that's some pretty cool stuff right there.^ Looks like nice work. They need to get there act together it seems like. Boy if I could put out that kind of stuff, I could be rich with a little hard work and some good marketing. Apparently these guys are not that interested in running a business; money must not be that big of a priority to them.

That's a shame. I would spend some money with them but I've never got a good feeling about them when I spoke to them and with all of the issues that have been reported online. I'll just end up taking a picture of what I want to a local painter who does some of the best air brushing in the country. CozyWorld the stuff does look good though. How's the quality? Any issues at all? How much was everything together if you don't mind me asking?
