i ordered some headlights of myhotmustang.com. first off the headlights and blinkers were a package and somehow they sent me the clear headlights i ordered and black houseing clear corners...? so i call them up and they say i need to send pictures so that sounded fair enough. i call them and they tell me i have to send the package back and they will reimburse the shipping cost. so a week later i ask them where my money is and the guy said what did u pay money for, i say to get it shipped back wheres my riemburstment. he goes i dont know who told you that but we dont do that. so now im still waiting for my clear corners (3weeks later) and im down 15 bucks.

i would recommend never going through this company. ordered 700 dollars worth of stuff from american muscle and didnt have one problem and came in a week before my headlights.

Before you order from any website that its not known in the mustang community its smart to ask around to see if anyone has dealt with them.

found a sim issue with a place in cinci, ohio, i was thinking about purchasing a hood from them until i read this ad in craigslist Do not buy from LIBERTY FIBERGLASS

i like 50resto's prices but there shipping is higher than most other places, but shipping has always tended to be pretty slow from them anyways..i've dealt with cjponyparts and they're stuff is a little more expensive on something but shipping is cheaper and faster...but imo nothing compares to the near perfect american muscle..cant complain one bit..great prices..great quality and fastest shipping around

yea defenetly shoulda checked around before ordering but i guess you learn from you mistakes. hopfully the can get this right the second time around

I don't think I have ever heard one person complain about am.com and they are the biggest mustang dealer I know NOW THAT SAYS something about a company!

Same problem here. I bought a hood, package was damged and they said send it back and don't open it, sent it back, they overcharged me, said they'd send a new one, never did, then basically told me to screw off. In my opinion they are a joke. they've even refused to respnd to complaints I made to the Attorney General's office.
