Kurgan will take care of you. He tuned my car a few years back up here in Chicago.

First, look at the contract you signed. If it states there is no warranty you may be out. But, agree, you may be able to sue him and perhaps an attorney would take the case on commission basis? Man, that's so flippin wrong on all levels.

But you will need to prove It's his work that's faulty, meaning take it to another shop for the diagnosis. Good luck and I hope you can get reimbursed before this asshole files bankruptcy or similiar action. you may need to get this moved to the burn out section so the shop can't search for this thread and use it against your case. Yes, they can use it.

hey cutie...its dealership and they said the car had NOTHING wrong with it! The inside of the tire was completely bald! so from my families perspective the car did seem "fine"...but the dealership knew about the tires and sold the car anyways! thats basically selling a dangerous car considering they could have blown since we had no idea the tires needed to be replace...

I will be looking to do something as soon as we get the motor out and figure out what exactly went wrong. Just waiting to get up the cash again to have the motor pulled out and sent to Pro Line. Hope it's nothing to big, but we will see
