heck yes call BBB. and keeep calling the corporate office. they could have at least taken the center cap off. i mean come on. throw a brick through their bay window. or get some friends with paintball gun.

THATS BS! Even if you just get the rim on ebay push them to pay you for a new one. There are soooo many other ways to get a stuck lug nut off than take a torch to it.....I have drilled them out before, snapped them off, they make sockets that cut into the nut and pull it off if its rounded they could have split the nut. thats just ignorance. just horrible thats why i hate taking my car places, people dont care about other peoples property.

Go to their shop with a torque wrench early morning and steal some wheels. OR take this to /b/ have them personal army spam call the shop & corporate.
