I'll keep this short but cover the important details. Had another member here recommending them so i gave them a shot back in february and purchased a hood from them through ebay....A month later it was finally mailed out after my nagging via telephone.

When I opened the package, it was damaged, a good size portion of it was broken off and no where to be seen in the packaging (clearly broken BEFORE it was mailed to me..though they are adamant about saying fedex damaged it.)

They were VERY reluctant to mail me a replacement, they tried everything including discounting the damaged hood. Even giving me a tone of voice that says "please, don't make us send a replacement." I couldn't believe they were acting the way they were. Regardless, i got them to replace the hood on their terms of my hood being picked up by fedex that next morning, and on my terms that my hood would be mailed out the following week (it was a friday when we spoke.)

The hood never came. I e-mailed for a tracking number, got an e-mail saying 'please call us.' aka, we didn't ship it out. I opened a paypal dispute instead, so as to have everything on record of being dragged along. Within minutes of the dispute I had eight (yes eight) emails and three missed calls from them asking to close the dispute and we can resolve it today.

They finally admitted they don't have the product I purchased. (Though still have an auction up with 21 of them available, and 9 people have already used buy it now on it.) They swore they have been trying to contact me to let me know of the mishap and got very frusterated when i told them my cell phone records caller id from the day I bought the phone.

So here we are, almost in april and I can't drive the stang because I got screwed over by a company who appears very legit. Out of 1,000 ebay sales they had in the first month of me waiting, they had 14 complaints of damages or never receiving the merchandise. They look at the glass as half full however and say "Well 97% of our transactions go smooth."

You can take your chances, but this is my experience.
