I ordered a body kit last weekend unwillingly from andyautosport.com. I wanted to wait till monday just in case they didnt have it but this guy on the phone talked me into spending 1,200.00. Mon rolls around and they tell me it is going into shipping I will recieve an email by noon. Well, 4 o clock rolls around and still no email. I called them just to hear that my order was dis continued and they wanted to know wether to refund my money or spend it on something else. Well take in mind that I was guaranteed they would have my body kit in the store when I called sat. First lie. The second lie was when they told me it was going to ship by noon, and the third was that they were going to email me. So i then told the guy to refund my money and He guaranteed me that he was doing it as we speak and I would have my money no later than wed. Well I called anyway tues 3 times and was told 3 seperate storys each time. The first time i called they dsaid they havent got to the refund yet and I probably wont have my money til thursday, that they would email me that day. Well around 2 no email, I called and another guy told me that they got to it monday and it will be there by weds and I had nothing to worry about that they do not usually send emails, 5th lie. Well I called again just to see what type of story I would get and this guy says that they usually email when they actually can get to my refund. Well I told him I never recieved an email and all of the lies I have been told and he assured me he was going to do it right away. Well it is wed morning. I called again, some vato answers the phone and says they have not gotten to it and theres no telling when they would, then I got upset and said thats bs and he said sux for you and hung up on me. So I called right bac, demanding to speak to a manager and I got the same guy I spoke to yesterday asking me to let him help me and he tells me its proccessing and that I should have my money no later than tommoro. I will give it till tommoro and see but I will advise you not to do business with these people. They are quick to take your money, but the customer service sux, and they take there damn time refunding it to you.

Wow.. never heard of a problem from this company like this.. But never dealt with them personally. Just others I know that have.

Well, I finally got my refund yesterday, 2 weeks later. I called and spoke to a manger and he said that they are not supposed to steer me away from speaking to a manager if I want to speak to one. So he promised he would deal with the lying assholes but that is probably just another lie. Oh, and they pro longed the ordeal by sending my refund by check in the mail instead of depositing it back to my account. Never again will i deal with these people. i dont care if they offer to send 5 hot russian hookers along with the package, it would probably be a lie anyways.
