Don't go to Mr.Bodykit

Hopefully this will help out someone so they don't get screwed like I did. Do NOT, repeat, NOT order from MrBodykit. The prices are competitive, but you will sacrifice a lot. Here is my story: I ordered a front bumper cover from them. They will not ship to a business unless you fax them a signed invoice, which they do not advertise. Then trying to fax it back I find out that they are in Canada, which means I have been making international phone calls. (Expect a Large phone bill this month) Once all that was cleared up, I still couldn't find a place to send an international fax, that didn't charge a lot. The next morning, less than 14 hours later I found out that I am being deployed with the Air Force to the Middle East leaving in three days. I called mrbodykit and they decided to then inform me of their cancellation policy. 20% restocking fee PLUS on top of that they still charge over 4% tax. 25% for something that wasnt' shipped and probably wasn't even pulled. Asked the salesman about it and he told me; "We can either ship it or you can take the hit." Take the hit? Spoke to the manager, who was ruder than salesman, and asked why, and he told me that they don't tell "customers" their policy because people don't usually cancel their orders. I told him people usually don't go to Iraq either. He was very rude and an all around jerk. So rude and unhelpful, like they got my money so F.U. I can't even imagine if I got a piece and it was wrong or damaged. Please buy your parts from a reputable company and don't get taken for a $115 ride/ripp off for circumstances that are out of your control. That $115.00 doesn't include the phone bill, we'll see about that later.

As a soldier who deploys, I will make sure that I avoid them like the plague and inform anyone/everyone to avoid them also. Later and have fun in the box.....

Im glad and all that you are serving in the armed forces and everything (the more people that do the less chance im going to have to) but i kinda sounds like you're the jerk not the salesman. You get what you pay for.

I got my front airdam, front 1/4 fenders, and hood from them. I didn't have any problems from them, but then again I wasn't exactly going to Iraq either. I did cancel an item with that order and I was lucky that the sales guy didn't charge my anything extra and just refunded that entire part back, it was a billet grille for the airdam. Don't like billet everyone has it so decided I wanted a mesh grille instead and then decided to forget it. Stay safe.

Run away from Mr Bodykit

Yes I signed up to 'warn' about Mr Bodykit. Wish I'd have read other people's warnings... grr.
Story goes a little something like this:
Found website, looked at all the shiny new parts, called in to see if parts would fit asking about numbers, impressed with willingness to help, got good quality parts, parts do not fit as promised, called to return parts expecting to pay for shipping and exchange to same value item, speak with manager, after clearly denied a return since I guess they already have my money manager hangs up on me.
Long story short, don't buy from them, ever. Can get the same products elsewhere and might actually get treated with respect.
