These guys are fuckin idiots. DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THEM!

It all started when i purchased a coil from them off there ebay store. ok fine it was all good the add stated and i quote "Accel High Performance Coil Pack 6 Post for 89-04 Electronic Distributorless Ignition (DIS or EDIS) V6 Ford Vehicles including: Mustang Ranger Windstar Cougar Contour Taurus and others"

so i placed the order, messaged him through ebay and say "I have a 2001 V6 mustang with a vertical Harness connector. No reply back only a tracking # so i said great he must have the correct coil.

Well the coil got here and it was totally wrong so i emailed his tech support and his tech emailed me back with a assholeish attitude basically telling me the coil was correct i was wrong and he sold 50 of them already no complaints so i said ok ill go back look again see whats up.

then i aimed him again said it was wrong wanted to send it back and wanted a full refund because this was there mistake not mine. no reply, 2 days pass email #2 same email asking to have a full refund but i would eat shipping back. no reply. day 3 email #3 requesting an RMA # to return the product no reply.

Day 4 and email # 4 i threatened to dispute the payment on paypal. and did so. low and behold 15 minutes later he is in contact with me. this being said id like to note that he read all my emails because his email client sends a read receipt. so we argued about the 10% restocking fee which is bullshit, so he agreed to wave this and refused to refund my initial shipping. so me wanting just to resolve this issue agreed to eat the shipping of the incorrect item both ways, we agreed and i closed the paypal dispute. sent the item back. He received it the 16th of January. So i emailed him on the 17th as a friendly reminder that the item had been delivered and id like my refund and the bad feed back removed on ebay and i would remove my feed back. he emailed me right away i was pleased and said "this will be taken care of shortly" i said great, even apologized to him about the haste even though it was his fault.

so 18th rolls around no refund. this is friday so i say ok ill wait till monday. however firday i shot him another friendly reminder that it had been received by them and i would like my money back. he read it no reply. so Monday comes which is today and i emailed him again asking where my refund is and stating its now the 21st and he received my return on the 16th. he emails me back with this "stop email me we will take care of it" thats it. no im refunding you today or there has been a mix up no explanation.

so my reply was a follows

"Ok well take care of it when you say you will. if you would have said hey it will take us a week i wouldn't be sitting here think hmmmm he said this will be taken care of shortly. and its now 5 days later. no need to be rude about this.

so here i stil no reply but he has read the email again. no refund and still waiting

He has poor communication is rude, has no care for his customers and refuses acknowledge the face that this is his fault for his actions of his misleading ad. not to mention he must be pretty dumb if he doesn't know shit about the products he has sold 50 of. i talked to accel and they stated he shouldnt have sold me a coil compatible with a 2001 v6 mustang because they don't make one go figure the guys is ignorant to boot.

so if your surfin ebay and say hey this guy has a good deal is strongly recommend to think twice because if something goes wrong your in for a battle to make it wright with this guy.
