Don't Buy From Blue Oval Industries

I had always heard good things about these people until I decided to purchase something from them. Well, what I purchased was on backorder until late June at the earliest and the person who contacted me from the company said I could wait or I could just be reimbursed. I asked for the refund and was told that I would get it the next day (May 14th) in my PayPal account. Well, it is the 16th and no refund yet and no more replies to my emails from this company. Also, when I call their number it is always busy. Just a heads up. I'll keep you guys updated if they decide to straighten this out.

Sounds like they are tryin to do the right thing, online money transfers always take long when your waiting to get money back. yeah.. thats what i told the ebay rep when i talked to her yesterday, she told me the steps i needed to take before filing disputes or getting serious like that and told me that she really hoped it worked out for me and i said me too because ive heard too many good thigns about these people for it to turn out badly..

^^ why does it say that, though, my bank account (online) reflected the removal of funds on the 13th and that's because it takes longer to update the info online.. the actual transaction was on the 12th i believe.. id have to look it up and dont have time right now

I've ordered from them quite a few times and have not had a problem, even with things or requests for things they do not have on their web site or on their ebay store.. Two days is not a long time to wait for a chargeback or a credit. I guess being told one day and it not happening on that day may have been a little unsettling. I get parts shipped from them in less then 24 hours as well, I could drive there in about 35 minutes if I wanted to.

refunds always take longer than purchase fund transfers.

yeah.. everything is fine now, just waiting on paypal to release the hold on it.. just wished boi could have communicated a little better or at least said that they couldnt give me an exact date for refund but that theyd be in touch about it instead of saying a date and then not following through
