Paid a visit to Racers Edge Tuning in Downey to take the snake to the next level.

Mods were:

• Built short block w/ Diamond Pistons 0.20, ARP bolts, compression @ 9.0:1 forged this and that, yada yada..
• Tubular K member w/ arms
• Long Tube Headers

@ 14lbs of twin screw boost she laid down 577hp & 544tq

I can't thank Greg and team enough for their hard work and late hours put in.

First off admittedly i'm a meticulous prick when it comes to others touching my Cobra and from start to finish not only did RET meet my expectations but they exceeded them!!
Start to finish the car was apart and put back together in about a week. After i dropped the car off i figured i'd swing by to check progress, to my surprise they jumped right on it and had the motor completely out and started assembling the replacement.. After i took delivery of the car, later on in the evening i got a follow up call to make sure i was ok with everything.

RET has definitely expanded their offering and with their great service and support i don't see myself going anywhere else in SoCal..

I would definitely recommend them.:thumbsup:

After break-in i might jump back up to 17lbs for daily use and maybe even 21lbs for some fun.. Right now i'm liking the 14lbs so who knows...
