detail shops in HR

since i have no mustang anymore

i figured i can spend some time trying to make my Accord look a little better. not ricing it out fellas. just cleaning it up and making it a decent looking car again. problem is, i haven't really been able to put in the time to get the paint looking decent again. it needs the works. it's got swirl marks, water spots, and all the fun stuff that comes with not taking care of your car for years. i guess i could do it all. but, i'm lazy and i don't want to fuck up my paint.

anyone had any experience with a detail shop in the area? or, if any of you guys, who know what you're doing, want to make some extra cash, i'd be more than willing to pay you for helping me out. 100 bucks and a days worth of beer sound good?

if not, any recommendations for shops in the area, or a swift kick in the ass encouraging me to do it myself, would be appreciated.

hmmm i know of a shop near me called southern auto body ive giving them a couple cars of mine to get freshend up and they do a great job but i dont think you would want to drive all the way to fredericksburg lol

I borrowed a porter cable polisher and did the black paint on my subaru myslef.
Bought the pads, compound and polish from obsessivedetail.com and watched youtube for the instructions.

Clayed the car on a Friday night and spent Saturday compounding the worst spots, then polished the whole car. A coat of synthetic then a finish with carnauba wax on Sunday and the car looked almost new.

Next to Go Ho Audio on Battelfield I want to say it's called Jay's. He does tint also. He does some awesome work from what I can remember if he is still there.
