Mechanic/Shop in Richmond VA?
I'm looking for a good, reasonable and reliable place to have my car worked on in Richmond. I have an 05 GT... It has the sealed tranny (auto) and I took it the other day to get a flush and the guy couldn't figure out how to do it. I know Performance Auto Sport is awesome, but they cost an arm and a leg- seriously. And I prefer to stay away from Stealerships. Anyone know a decent, honest place to work on my car?
I do most things myself, but there's some of it that's over my head. I have suspension work coming up (lowering and install shocks, struts, springs, HD mounts, panhard bar) as well as needing to get three aftermarket gauges installed, and I just don't know where to go where they are competent to work on our cars, but aren't charging me $90 an hour for simple mechanical work.... I don't mind paying for a job well done, I'm just sick of getting gouged or having incompetants around my car. Thanks!!! |
