July 28th Cookout/Meet

Ok everyone I made a thread a while back about having a cookout/meet at Mt. Trashmore (Virginia)...We decided on the date as being July 28th 2007 to make this happen...So I am going to invite some other groups to tag along as well...Just to make it one good sized meet...I figure we can start the cookout around 1 or 2 pm...If there is a better time for you guys please let me know...So here is the running list for attendees...Just put your name and if you are bringing someone please let that be known as well...If you want to bring something please let me know...Figured burgers, hot dogs, and brats would be our best bet...Along with the fixens of coarse...I am going to see if I can round up a grill for us...If I cant find one to barrow and no one on here wants to bring their with them I will just run out and but a charcoal one to bring...

Is anyone welcome? The factory happens to be down here that weekend, and I am always up for a road trip... I would probably bring my roommate with me if there's room. I don't want to make any solid commitment yet though... Anyting could happen between now and then. Anybody know how far that is (roughly) from Orlando?

hell you'll be making a long hike up there lol....on and on a side note put me up there as well Chris, i should be able to come down there without any problems.

Meh, it's a long drive but mustangs beer and brats makes it worth it! I'm seriously thinking abut this... Like I said I'm off that weekend, and I don't have any other plans besides sitting on my lazy ass! I'll confirm by then end of next week... Then just let me know what I'll need to bring.

I should be able to make it. It's just up the street from me, pretty much. I know the wife's got a doctor's appt on the 25th, so she might still be drugged up, but I'll probably be there. I know the area pretty well, too so if anyone's got questions, just let me know. i'll pass the word along to a few guys i know, too.

heh yeah this is starting to turn out pretty good...if anything ill bring some plates and crap...i would bring beer too but im thinking how the hell im gonna keep it cool on the trip unless i just buy over there once i arrive near. oh well plenty of time to plan

We might ahve ot have this at someones residence...I might be able to ahve it at my place...I am going to do some looking...Becuase I dont think we can drink at Mt. Trashmore...And what is a cookout without a couple beers...
