Drag strips near Norfolk, VA??

all the 1/4 mile tracks are up around richmond and there is a 1/8 mile track in elizabeth city, nc

living in norfolk it may be faster for you to go to VMP than Richmond

a few guys and i hit the strip a couple times a month when it is warmer. next season we will be heading back if you want to join.

Dan, I've been to both VMP and Richmond Dragway and they're pretty much the same distance, although VMP is a little closer. Where are you in Norfolk? Are you in the military? Last time I went to VMP with my roommate (tommyboy on here) I towed my 'stang on a trailer, not only because mine sucks gas like ChrisJ on his manboy's teats but because the tranny was about to go (I ended up blowing out third and fourth gear).

Anytime you want to hang out, let me know...

By the way all you Hampton Roads guys, if you're military, I rented my trailer for only $40 on base, for overnight. A GREAT deal, considering half the rental places around here don't even offer full car trailers.

i'm over near the new wal mart.. No i'm not in the military.. I clean buses

but yeah whenever you wanna hang out would be cool, you've got one bad ass car. You know of any meets around here other than bps?

Yeah, every Saturday at the corner of Independence Blvd and Haygood at the Haygood shopping center in front of Jenro's in Virginia Beach... only when the weather is nice obviously. I haven't been in a while because my 'stang is broken but I might be convinced to go this Saturday....
