October 13 (Friday night) Dragway Trip?

Sweet, I didn't know about that track. It's only 84 miles from me, about two hours. We should make a trip down there sometime.

That makes life easier not having to drive all that way with the ET's on.

VMP is only about 50 miles from me

I live way the hell out in suffolk though. I wouldn't have the money pit ready anyways.

Which one do you guys want to go to? I can probably do either, but would prefer Friday, as I'm probably having a birthday bash for myself on Saturday.

I don't think Ryan and his rebuilt SRT 10 is going to make it.
I'll make that 2 hour drive to the track only when he gets to go with us.

Because by the time I get out of work on Friday (5:00 PM), get home and ready to go by 6:00 that would put me at the track around 7:45-8:00. I'm not sure how late they run. If it's anywhere like RIC drag then I would have maybe two hours of passes, and that's hot-lapping it.

I think Saturday is the best way to do this just because it's farther away and I don't want to be rushed once we arrive. I notice though folks have stuff going on on Sat.

Soooooo, don't let me hold you back but it's not looking good for Friday night for me and VMP.

Vmp won't be do-able on Friday or Sat. this weekend. They are having the rain make-up for the NHRA nationals this coming weekend.

won't be able to make it, gotta help a friend get his ride back together, just got the motor back from the machine shop, got it in but still got some odds and ends to tie up, hopefully we will fire it up tomorrow to break in the cam, then gotta get it over to DTP for some dynotuning, after a nice N/A break-in it will get the 2-stage 200 shot. also got some family in town...

long awaited but got it back, it is assembled and in the truck, hooked up and primed so we shall see what happends should be interesting give us a call, got some little things to do but i know he is shooting for firing it off tomorrow.
