Many mustang events are similar. Super Stang Fest just happens to be a week long with many days of fun for everyone. The event and venues speak for themselve and like for example Bike Week there are Bike Weeks in Myrtle Beach, Daytona Beach and Las Vegas and all use similar names and format. Hope this helps you out Mike!

Sorry to question this. I was into Mustangs years back and would really like to become involved again. I moved to this part of NC for a job change and there are a handful of clubs in central NC, but I honestly feel that I don't fit in since many are so much younger than me. I really don't know if I'll fit in at a festival, such as the festival in SC or Daytona? Do many V6 cars come out for this sort of event? Does your car have to be show quality?

I didn't set out to make anyone mad with my comments above, but I see two events that are very similar and I remembered seeing the first version of the Daytona festival when I was bouncing around on another Mustang site sometime last fall. I keep being told about the event in SC in July and this just seemed like the same thing with a different location. Is it the same folks branching out to another part of the country? If I'm in the wrong by my comments, please accept my apologies. Being single again, I will have the chance to make something of this sort this coming summer and have always wanted to see a large Mustang show. If you are a part of the planning for the Daytona event, good luck and maybe folks won't read my post and I will take them down if I can.

I have sent a Private Message request asking the moderator to remove my two previous replies. Very sorry for my manner above, badly worded and ill-tempered.

Hey Daytona Beach is for any age group. You have all types gathering there. Young, Old, Middle aged with all shapes and sizes. If you like large crowds, and I do mean large, and you feel comfortable in your own skin, (meaning that you like to meet people) Daytona is that place. You can go to wild bars or hang out with the quite crowd in many of the local establishments they have to offer. What ever your choice Daytona Beach won't let you down.

Our car club will be there in force. I will be on vacation during that time and will be looking forward to the events. We'll have both our cars and about 15-20 more from the club. Really looking forward the the Tack event.

See Ya'll there....

Just to let ya know...

Well we have made a few changes to the show!!! We added an SVT Lightning class as well as a general Ford Product class.

For all you SVT guys and gals, we also decided to split the 99-04 Cobra class into 99-01 and 03/04. And we added an additional cruise in to the speedway before the Hooters GTG!!!
