my knees ache all the damn time. i can gauge how tired i am by how bad they hurt. they hurt all day yesterday and they still hurt today...
most of the time i just feel like i'm falling apart; my back, my knees, my shoulders. i'm just all jacked up. guess i can thank the Navy for most of that...

the wife just reminded me that we're supposed to be meeting with a realtor this afternoon to go look at some houses. and she's hurting, too, tired as hell. she feels just like i look. so i don't think we're gonna be doing anything today. we're still planning on watching the fight tonight, but it'll probably just be us two...
