Good Paint Shops in Hampton Roads?

So, I'm looking to get the front of the 'stang repainted in early November. Instead of going to Freedom Ford again, I want to have it done at paint shop that I know will do a REALLY good job. I say Freedom Ford because I'm claiming this through my insurance and that's who they push.

Anyone recommend any good paint shops around here, that they have personal experience with? (READ: Don't recommend your buddy/family member's shop just because you know them.)

I'm sure that Freedom Ford would do a decent job, but I'm looking for something better.

Haven't seen it, but extremely interested to know where he had the paint job done.

also in the area

I'm also looking for a good shop to paint my new cdc aggressive chin spoiler and a ram air hood I'm looking to put on my 05 Sonic blue GT.

Did you find a good shop?

I'm over in Newport News by the shipyard, does anyone know any good shops around that would install and paint that hood?
