The Pulmonary Fibrosis Association of Texas is putting on its first car rally. It is a poker rally where drivers drive to five different locations around Houston collecting poker cards to put together their poker hand. Some of the details are still being worked out but the rally takes place June, 6th. the starting point will be the Starbucks at 1151 Uptown Park Blvd. Check in is 9:00 am - 10:00 am.

One of the check points will be the Houston Police Academy track where drivers will do 3 laps of the HPD track. Prizes will be awarded for best poker hands and fastest lap times. Don't know what the prizes are yet but will try to find out later.

Registration is $100.00 for a driver and passenger. If the passenger wants a poker hand it is an additional $50. Registration is limited to the first 100 cars. Current classes are Lotus, VW, Porsche, Mini Cooper, and Other however if at least 10 Mustangs entered there will be a Mustang class.

Lunch is included and will be BBQ and Hooters hot wings. Entry fees can be mailed, faxed or emailed to
