SCT tuning in Phoenix?
Besides Chucks Speed Shop?
PSR is out of business, and 5+ people all local have said to stay far away from AMP.

PSR Tuning is NOT out of business. they are very open. i have a very good friend that works there, so, thats how i know. they changed owners, and things are much smoother there.
