Are There Any Drag Strips Around College Station Texas?

I'm going to A&M next year and was wondering if they have any drag strips down there. Anyone know??? If they don't I might have to come home every week. (Siiiiiike)

Sweet dude! I used to live there when I was a kid. I used to ride my bike and skate board all over that campus. I damn near killed myself trying to ride down that corkscrew ramp on Kyle Field. I hit the concreat wall and damn near went over the edge. That fall would have killed me for sure! Let me know when you get there. I want to know how that place is now.

BTW... about your question.... I dont THINK they have a track there but there is one in a near by town I know. Cant remember the name of that dang town now. But I remember my step dad taking me to the race track (circle) to watch 18 wheelers race. I think a remember seeing a drag strip there too. But hell that was back in 85 or 86... MAYBE its still running LOL

Maybe I can just drive the car up and down the ramp at Kyle Field lol. Are you thinking of Bryan, Texas?
