V6 Mustang vs 94 Taurus SHO

The SHO has 100,000 miles on it. And i think it has 220HP 200lbs torque.

Mustang 2004,30,000 miles
I have new toyo proxies tires.
True dual exhaust and a CAI.

Were both Automatic. Who would win?

lol funny thing is drag racers use automatic trannys... I heard that lol.. BUt yea i got an automatic because i found this car and loved it. And it had an auto.. Which didnt make me turn it down.

1993 Ford Taurus SHO 0 - 60, 7.5 sec. 1/4 mi, 17.0 sec.

I couldn't find numbers for the 04 6cyl stang, but this is what the 05 V6 runs.
0 - 60, 6.9 sec. 1/4 mi, 15.3 sec.

If your numbers are anywhere close to that, or the 210 hp the 05 car makes, and the 1994 SHO is about the same as the 93, you should win.

I use to have a 1990 5 spd SHO. I suprised a lot of 5.0 Mustangs / Camaros with it back in the day. The SHO's were very underated, with that being said the Automatics were a lot slower than the 5 spd's and the new v6 Mustangs run close to the old fox body 5.0 (stock of course) so it should be close.

your friends needs the driver mod then.

a stock on stock race between a 190 hp car and 235 hp car it a nice gap. and the SHO redlines higher as well
