'00 S2000 death and kill

Well me and Ryan(RK) went driving around tonight in my GT for a little bit, and as we were sitting at a light we saw a S2000 across the intersecetion from us. When the light changed and we were both in the intersectioin i shot him a few revs and went on my way. Next thing we know he has turned around and comes flying by us, so i catch up to him and we hit a light with noone around.

We exchange nice cars and he asks if we wanted to run em. I say yes and we just wait for the light to change. The light changes and for the life of me I can't get any traction in first or most of second with my bald ass sumi's if i try to put any power down at all. So needless to say i lose that one

.

Well we hit the next light together and i explain my traction situation and then he wants to do a roll race, and of course i jumped at that one. So the light turns and we get to speed and he guns it first so he got a slight jump on me, but as soon as i floored it i caught back up and passed him. We shut down at around 95 or so with me having about a car and a half on him(probablly would've been a little more if i didn't have fatty with me to negate my weight reduction

).

Then we pulled over and talked a little while and exchanged good races and went on our ways. I know its not that impressive but we had fun

they're pretty quick i've always wanted to race one but haven't been fortunate enough..... maybe it's for the better

Nope no mods, he said it was stock.

It was actually his buddies car and claims he has had it to 196mph with more left in it

if you ran a 13.8 you wont have any problems with a S2k.

You heard that wrong, that was one 96 mph, and he didn't get to the 2nd 96 mph....

Exactly! I find it hard to believe a N/A 2.0 motor is going to be hitting those speeds. I don't care how light weight they are.

Yeah, I just did a quick google, and it looks like the top speed is ~150...I knew I could smell BS when that kid spouted that off. It also looks like the average 1/4 time is low 14's-high 13's.
