215 Mph!!!

I gotta post this shit, hopefully you will get a kick out of it too. Awhile back my girlfriend was talkin to one of her friends and this other girl said her boyfriend had the fastest car ever. My girlfriend loves to race so she told her friend that me and her would come over and race this guy. So we head over to this other town and meet this guy. He's got a 70 Mustang, a little rough but pretty straight for being original. He said hes got a 302 in it and i asked how well it ran. This is where it gets good, he told me that hes never lost a race and that it tops out at around 215 mph! I couldnt help but openly laugh at this claim. Then he said he wont race for free so we put down 50 bucks. I called my good buddy thats a state trooper and made sure he was no where near us and then we raced. As soon as i left the line i was up 1 on him and by the time 3rd came i was easily 10 lengths ahead of him. I collected my gas money and laughed all the way back home.

That is some funny stuff right there! There was a guy in high school that said his Camaro went 180mph. I told him he should race my POS 65 Mustang that only went 120mph. I blew his doors off so bad he called in sick for the rest of the week.

haha i know...i dont think i could take it from him though just at the thought of his ignorance. needless to say his girlfriend was less than impressed. ive taught mine to know that no matter how fast she thinks my car may be theres always someone that can beat me. however that wasnt the case this time haha.

my girlfriend would have believed him. she doesnt have a clue, lol. the other day we were on the interstate and there was a guy in the left lane just riding with his blinker on. and i was being a smartass and said that he is trying to run it out of blinker fluid. she replied with, i didnt know that blinkers have fluid, i probably need you to change mine. i didnt even correct her, i just smiled and kept driving.

speaking of blinker fluid..i had a guy in my shop class at tech school that wanted to be a mechanic..well asked him for the left handed hammer and the blinker fluid and got the reply of where do we keep the blinker fluid and we dont have any left handed hammers we're going to have to go buy one. haha

Wow lol. Thats ok one of my ex's friend's told his girlfriend that if she turned her lights off when she raced she'd gain ten horsepower lol she said really? he was like no. I don't know how he kept a straight face when he said that lol. Whenever we went to the track after that we always told each other jokingly* (of course) to turn our lights off lol. I'll never forget it

Yeah, a 70 mustang able to do 215. I had a guys girlfriend tell me once that his car does 8's in the 1/4 mile. I beat him with my 11 sec ride. I think some just talk sh*t hoping you'll back down.

Did you guys see that modified mustang magazine a few months old where they had a 05+ mustang on the cover and the article stated that he does 7.50's at 215 mph? There were some threads on other boards giving the magazine major sh*t for believing that crap (I was one of them). The car had street tires, no roll bar, and 750 hp. While that would be impressive to me (750rwhp), it would take almost 1800 hp to run a 7.50 with how much the car weighed.

haha, I have a friend and she just got a new focus with sync, and she ttok like 20 mins to parallel park so I told her if she presses the sync button and says focus parallel park it will do it for her.

I sat in the passenger seat and laughed for 10 minutes why she yelled at her steering wheel

I took my nitrous bottle to my friends shop awhile back to have him fab some brackets for me. He had some kid from the local vo-tech shadowing him that day. He asked what the bottle was for (the sign of what was to come) my friend gave him a brief breakdown on nitrous. The kid goes "Why don't you just buy a fast car? Than you don't have to do stuff to make it faster..."

My friend just gave him a puzzled look, so the kid begins to explain that his best friend just bought a new Charger with a Hemi, and it beats all the cars he's ever raced...

....

My friend asked him what he thought this Charger would run in the 1/4 mile.

The kids response...

"I dunno...like...4's maybe..."
