07 GT vs 04 GT

-making a compilation, ran into a friends friend, raced, won by 3 or so cars

so i havent posted a kill in a while and thought this was a good one.... me and a few friends were making a compilation video of our cars it was me 2 friends and my other friend in his 02 Gt (full bolt ons). when we were done we just pulled over on the side of the road (middle of no where) and he was saying how his friend has a pretty much stock 07 gt and is a really good driver.... so i said call him up later this week to set up a race next weekend... as were pulling back onto the road...who do we see! we wave him down so we can talk.

we race from a stop to about 110....i warmed up my tires before i raced... pulled about half a car in first and put another 2 or 3 on him in 2nd. i didnt really pull him that much in 3rd or 4th.... but i still got the win

Nice man you must be one hell of a driver. Those cars are capable of high to mid 13s stock

Id really like to see the vid. Are you sure it was an 07 GT? with the mods thats you have posted it would have ripped on you, no offense or anything bro. I would know first hand I have an 00 GT with exhaust, black fr500's 555'rs and I got ripped on by my friends 06 GT which was stock. We are both good drivers as well.

The new mustangs I have seen aren't much faster then I was. My car na with pulleys, timing adjuster, midpipe, and catback would trap 105 all day long. Fastest 05+ was 106 and he had midpipe, exhaust, intake and tune. Pretty even race if you ask me!

thanks.

he was stock... that i know of aside from maybe a short throw or intake. and i have drag radials and a JLT(and some heavy 18" Fr500s). i got him in 1st and 2nd gear. and pulled away every shift. in mid gear though i couldnt lose him.
