The supercharged Cobalt's are far from 'slow as hell' Doc. And keep in mind that he's running a vert, which is 150 lbs heavier than a normal GT. So he runs, what, mid 14's bone stock? So does the Cobalt.

im pretty sure cobalts are a bit lighter then a new edge, plus they're underrated from factory and make about 220-230whp stock...i say its a drivers race1

It's a driver's race Doc. The supercharged Cobalt makes 260 flywheel hp. No different than the 02 GT. It's 400 lbs lighter than his vert, and runs 0-60 in just under 6 seconds.

Edit: they make 210 or something stock. I just checked. I was thinking of a kit they make for that car that boosts power up. But it's still a 2900 lb car that runs low 14's in the 1/4.

deffinatly not a 08 hes had this car for a year or more as of 07 but i raced him in my old v6 mildly modded and ran with him better than a lot of people he raced did but we will be racing at the track in the 1/8th and on the back roads of n.c.
hes not THAT great of a driver i remember i beat him a few times in the 6er because he kept missing gears and burning his clutch everytime we raced he ran like a 8.4 ill ask his brother to get his exact times
i learned to drive my gt pretty well i think
i dont remember ever missing a gear and i think i got it pretty dialed in but i havent took it to the track yet

if you hung with him in a 6er you will destroy him in a GT.

what should i run in the 1/8th with my 10' wide 18s in the rear if i hook nicely which i always do in the gt for some reason i had more trouble with that in the v6 god dam one wheel peels lol
