When do you get it? Bumps, around corners, etc? Its suspension related most likely, are you running aftermarket springs?

I've seen aftermarket cat-backs rattle against the upper control arm because of the larger piping.

noise

I got a noise like that on the 01 cobra. I am betting something has worked loose or is misaligned. Or in the case of my gt, every buching is worn down to nothing.

my brothers car had had a bad noise like this. it could be a lose or dead shock or if you running lowering springs or coilovers they tend to nock if the spring is weak

i had some problems out of my exhaust hitting the body of the car, and it sounded similar to what you are talking about, but if its not the exhaust, then im not sure what to say
