CAI and Strut Tower Fitement! What I really need to know is.... what Brace out there will fit around an aftermarket Intake Tube? I recently purchased the MM STB and discovered that it will not fit over my Roush CAI! Was told by MM that their STB was designed only with the stock intake tube in mind! So that puts the MM brace out of the ?! My next thought on STB was Steedas! Have heard good quality about them but just can't find out weather or not it will work with "any" aftermarket CAI's! Peferably I'd like to run the Steeda Brace with the Steeda CAI! Anyone done this? If need be I'll gladly part with the Roush CAI and get one that will work! Any pictures, advice, or suggestions will be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance! Nem |

try using spacers on the STB bolts to raise it a tad.

Hmm... I never thought about that? Worth a shot! Although I might have already sold the MM brace!
A very good idea HMUSN! Keep em coming!

I just went out and checked... I'd have to space the MM pretty good in order to clear my intake tube... doesn't seem worth it with that amount of spacers required! Back to the suggestion board! Cheers Nem |
