Coil overs

What are the advantages to buying these besides being able to adjust the ride height? Do they improve handling at all?

then i would advize agenst could overs because they are so much more expensive and they are realy only benifical for road racing
so u would eyther recomend a drag set up or just some good springs and all the other necacary parts

if your only going in a straight line then get some sport shocks and struts from say bilstein or something and go with a lowering kit... that would probably be your best bet
