Your best bet is to look around and see what springs other people have on their Mustangs. You can use Mustangworld.com - The cool website for Ford Mustang enthusiasts to look through all the select stangs and find one with a stance you like. Usually they'll list the mods as well. I havent seen any springs that give you a % drop, usually theyre in inches. With that said, I put H&R Supersports on my mustang and the drop is very close to what you were looking for.

Try checking autopartswarehouse.com. They have all the lowering kit for all cars. Just type it in the search.
