chassis,traction,suspension, and the like....


i need yall's help. i have no idea where to even start askin questions i know so little about what to buy, what not to waste money on until i got serius power etc.... what do most people start out with, what are the most common work people do???

start with a good set of quality tires and then, shocks and struts . throw in a good set of upper and lower rear control arms and a good alignment and you should be good to go.

will be for street/strip use

more street than strip :wink

what tires are you runnin? i waz gonna get some mickey ET Street Radials...

MT drag radials work well for me. I am laying down over 700hp and don't have a problem w/ hooking

Everyday tires, BFG KDW's, IMO.

Springs, dampers, C/C plates.

would you suggest weld ins or bolt ons? all the other topics never end in a solid answer . all i really want to know is which is "easier" to install and better for the buck?

for the average enthusiast self-install, bolt-ins are gonna be the easiest as no welding is required. If you are gonna pay someone to do them, then get the full length weld in connectors like the ones from maximum motorsports

is one type for "efficient" than the other? or do they react exactly the same an it's just that one is connected DIRECTLY to the frame and the other is just bolted?

From everything I've heard, the bolt-ons do help, but the weld-ons are significantly better.
