belt issues

My car keeps flipping the inside belt for the alt and p/s side inside out... I dont' know why. Any suggestions? I've flipped it back over 2 times since I put the new belts on now and they are only a week old! The tension is less than 1/2" movement but a little over 1/4". I can't tell if the pullies are aligned properly, but would that matter if the outer belt works fine and only the inner belt is flippin.
