LONG road to 12's.....

ok so "nOob" here. allready introduced myself..(that was welcoming....lol) and now its time to work on the beast..... its ugly but this bitch is a beast sooo enough talkin lets get to work, but before i do. a list of "mods" i want to do on the svo.

rebuild the alt (80a kit)
stroke and bore block
forged internals
balance crank
Full PnP head
plus size valves (swil polished and the goods)
retainers & springs
water pump
serpentine belt conversion
t3/t4 rebuild (for now)
custom header
FMIC
94-95 tb swap
85.5-86 upper & lower intake mani swap w/ port
injectors
Fuel pump
Ignition setup (dnt know what brand yet)
lightweight fly
Stage 3+ spec clutch
short Shift
rebuilt rear end & swap gears (if needed)
and i think that's it for now.... ohh yea...
ALARM lol

and for the cherry on top. TUNE!

hopefully about 2500 for everything above (w/o the tune).. bt well see....

First on the list....

Rebuild the alternator.. yes i said rebuild. i want to keep it as stock as possible (yea right). a new one cost 45 at the "zone' for the 60a alt., and im buying this 80a rebuild kit for 40. ive rebuilt like 4-5 alts so this shouldnt be a big trouble. well enough talkin ima get to work. will take pics for all you pic whores out there.

Have you visited STINGER PERFORMANCE ENGINEERING - 2.3 Turbo Performance Parts for Mustang SVO, Thunderbird Turbo Coupe, Merkur XR4Ti, Pinto, Ranger, and Sand Rails or Boport Tele-communication BV - Welkom ?

Great websites with a TON of technical information on SVO's.

yes i have with the stinger. and also there frequently asked questions.... i believe i have the know hows. its just gunna be a matter of time, being that the svo is my DD.

anyway here is a lil video of my FIRST port and polish. and since then have done 3 others. so let me know what you think. im in the process of gettin pics up of the rebuild on the alt.

heres that video of the port and polish on my F22b1 head... let me know if you guys think i should port the iron head... being that the iron head would be my first. also i know i need granite bits (or however you spell it)

here's the first vid. if you want you can look at the other vid under 1990bayboy
