Pistons
Got the head off my car and confirmed my suspicions that it has been bore .03 0 over. Has a set of trw L2455 forged pistons in it. These are a flat top piston, and since I haven't seen a factory set before my question is are the factory pistons dished, flat, or domed? From what I have researched the car came with an 8:1 compression ratio from factory. I'm hoping these new pistons aren't increasing that to aweful much.

Factory N/A pistons are flat tops with valve reliefs. An stock n/a engines were 8.5 to 9.0 to one year depending i believe. They will be higher compression than a 2.3T. 2.3T engines should have a dish, and be 8.0 to 1. If you decide to go to dished pistons, i may be interested in those ones.
